Who we are

We know the importance of family because we are family.

Heather McClure O’Farrell graduated from Albion College, the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Public Policy and Service and Indiana University Law School at Indianapolis.  While in law school, she clerked for the Indiana Development Finance Authority and Attorney General Pamela Carter.  An active participant in county, state, and national politics, as well as a certified family law mediator, Mrs. McClure O’Farrell practices primarily family and criminal law from the McCLURE┃O’FARRELL office in Noblesville.

A graduate of Purdue University, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar, Thomas B. O’Farrell earned his law degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis.  A former clerk for the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. O’Farrell has gained extensive trial and appellate experience, including oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  Mr. O’Farrell advises clients on diverse issues such as: personal injury suits, bankruptcy, criminal law, appeals, estate planning, and business law.

Firm founder, Alfred E. McClure, is now retired and no longer practicing.
